David E. Grochocinski, Partner

David Grochocinski concentrates his practice in Bankruptcy Law, Workouts, and Banking Law. He was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 1976, after receiving his law degree from John Marshall Law School. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Chicago Bar Association, the DuPage County Bar Association, the Illinois Bar Association, the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees, the Commercial Law League of America, and the American Bankruptcy Institute.

Mark S. Grochocinski, Partner

Mark Grochocinski concentrates his practice in Commercial Collections, Consumer Collections, Mechanics Liens, and Mortgage Foreclosure. He was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 1980, after receiving his law degree from Loyola University. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Illinois Bar Association, the DuPage County Bar Association, and the Creditors’ Bar Association of Illinois.

David P. Lloyd, Partner

David Lloyd concentrates his practice in Bankruptcy Law and Commercial Law. He was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 1982, after receiving his law degree from DePaul University. He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the West Suburban Bar Association.

Ariane Holtschlag, Associate

Ariane Holtschlag received her law degree from the University of Iowa Law School. She was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 2007 and is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute.

Kathleen M. McGuire, Associate

Kathleen McGuire was admitted to the Illinois Bar after receiving her law degree from IIT-Chicago Kent College of Law in 1988. Before receiving her law degree, she practiced as a certified public accountant. Ms. McGuire served as a law clerk to a number of judges in U.S. Bankruptcy and District Courts for the Northern District of Illinois, and is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, Chicago Bar Association, and American Bankruptcy Institute.
