Non-Litigation Services
Grochocinski, Grochocinski & Lloyd, Ltd.'s non-litigation services include:
- Contractor and subcontractor liens,
- Fair Debt Collection Practices Act compliance,
- Assignments for the benefit of creditors,
- Purchase and sale of goods,
- Affidavits of defense to repossession of automobile,
- Promissory notes and security agreements, and
- Contract drafting and preparation.
Rates are negotiable. Flat, fixed, contingent, and capped hourly fee arrangements are often acceptable. The firm does not pay clerk of court and related filing fees or charges absent a bona fide emergency. Matters arising in Cook, DuPage, Will, and Kane Counties are routinely accepted. Matters arising beyond these geographical boundaries may involve additional charges.
